✨Alchemical Reflections Reveal for the week of June 22,2026✨

If you chose 1- Self Realization
This is a season for you to start knowing your potential and acting on it. Your basic needs are being met and you have the opportunity to show up fully integrated (owning your strengths and your limitations). Ask yourself what you actions you can take now to more fully self-actualize. What steps can you take to reach your potential? There are seeds you planted that are starting to grow… how can you nourish them?

If you chose 2- Sanctuary
This season asks you to create a sense of sanctuary for yourself in every way. We crave physical safety as a baseline, but consider where in your life you are craving more psychological safety within your relationships? This might show up in your work setting or your household, and especially within your place in the collective. What do you need to feel safe to use your voice, speak your opinion, advocate for yourself and feel supported? Consider how to step away from anything that does not feel safe and supportive, and how you can create that feeling of safety within yourself as well.

If you chose 3- Shadow Work
With light we must also see the dark. Shadow work involves looking at the parts of ourselves that we repress, where we might feel shame or feel that we cannot fully be ourselves. When we can integrate those parts of ourselves and drop the mask of performing as the world expects us to be, we get to step into a stronger sense of who we are. Ask yourself what aspects of yourself are you ready to integrate, to start loving about yourself and stop feeling shame over?

Summer Solstice feels like an invitation to slow down and let the light do some of the work for a while. Behind the scenes today I’ve done exactly that.

Today I made blue lotus sun tea, letting the petals steep in warm water and sunlight, slowly, intentionally, without rushing the process.
There’s something about this practice that feels very comforting and grounding to me. And I have to thank two very special souls for the idea, @corinacrysler and @conversegirl68 ☀️

Blue lotus has long been associated with stillness, insight, and gentle expansion of awareness. And the sun on solstice carries its own symbolism of peak light, fullness, clarity, and the reminder that everything has its season of becoming.

But more than anything, for me, it’s the act itself that feels meaningful…

To pause.
To let something steep.
To not rush what is meant to unfold slowly.
In a world that constantly asks us to speed up, this felt like a quiet act of remembering that healing, clarity, and transformation don’t always come through effort.

Sometimes they come through presence and intention.
